Peter Vince President BA (Economics)

Peter has practiced exclusively in corporate recovery and insolvency since 1975 with particular emphasis on the financial problems encountered by companies, partnerships and individuals. During this time, Peter has been responsible for the conduct of numerous insolvency assignments encompassing the administration of companies as well as bankruptcy and Part X arrangements.

Helen Cvjetan Vice President BSc, GAICD

With over 25 years of experience under her belt, Helen is an accomplished IT professional with an excellent record of achievement at Business Systems Management, Project Director, Program Manager and Service Director level. She currently works for CharterMason, where she is a Delivery Partner. Helen is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She brings to the Board experience in the IT industry, and good understanding of business governance and strategies.

Elsa Conway

Elsa works in the Food Retail Industry and has been involved with Impact for many years. She has previously served as a Consumer Representative to the Board and as well as being a current Board Member, she was also a member of the Participants Representative Group.

Angelia Dixon

Angelia graduated from RMIT in 1983 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science and has an MBA from Swinburne University (1999) where she was awarded a scholarship from the Graduate School of Management. In 2004 she completed the Company Directors course and examination with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Angelia was recently the General Manager of the Division of Haematology and Medical Oncology and a member Peter Mac's Executive Committee. In 2007 Angelia was selected for the Williamson Community Leadership Program and moved to Ambulance Victoria (AV) in 2010 as the General Manager Quality and Education Services Division.  Angelia provides leadership in the development and implementation of innovation and effective education and training strategies for AV's operational workforce and ensures excellence in clinical quality.

David Crothers

David has over 25 years experience in advertising and digital marketing and has held management positions with leading advertising agencies including JWT, Grey Worldwide and Y&R Brands. Currently David consults to a retail focused advertising agency, an internet marketing agency and a mobile TV software development business. David is also a Director of Mdigital, a pioneer in mobile marketing and advertising. David joined the board of Impact in 2009.
