David Glazebrook- Chief Executive Officer

Dave has been part of the Community Services sector for a long time, with a couple of minor forays into other areas. Youth services, local government, employment programs, family services, disability and mental health to name a few. He has also worked in the corporate sector and run his own theatre company.

He is passionate about the rights of an individual and firmly believes the role of the sector is to provide people needing assistance with the support and skills to achieve 'a life worth living'. It is these wonderful people who are the reason for our 'work-life' existence.

He has served on numerous board and committees, won several awards for his work and has the ability to think, question, be opportunistic, pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and laugh.

Suzanne Grenier Fernandes

During the past three years Suzanne has worked with Impact Support Services as the Operations Manager gaining Quality Accreditation and adapting a process of continuous quality improvement enabling the organisation to deliver the best possible services, programs and activities to people with Intellectual and psychiatric disabilities.
