YOUR SAY

IMPACT’S Participants Reference Group (PRG)

The PRG is a self elected group that meets on a regular basis to provide a forum for participants to communicate their concerns and solve problems. The PRG provides participants a means of contributing to the development of IMPACT.  The process used to establish and develop the PRG is participative and is driven by the participants about the issues they believe are important. Each program group is represented by elected representatives (2 year tenure) plus one emergency person.

The PRG is involved in the development of IMPACT

This is achieved by:

  • Being a genuine voice

  • Contributing to continuous improvement of IMPACT

  • Sharing information and networking

  • Being a forum for communication

  • Development of personal skills

  • Being accountable and expecting accountability

  • Regular monitoring and reviewing of the PRG

If you would like further information about the PRG you can contact your Participants Reference Group Representative by contacting Rhonda De Wit on 9568 6144 she will be happy to provide contact details.
