Peter Vince   BA (Economics)

Peter has practiced exclusively in corporate recovery and insolvency since 1975 with particular emphasis on the financial problems encountered by companies, partnerships and individuals.  During this time, Peter has been responsible for the conduct of numerous insolvency assignments encompassing the administration of companies as well as bankruptcy and Part X arrangements.

Helen Cvjetan  – BSc, GAICD

With over 25 years of experience under her belt, Helen is an accomplished IT professional with an excellent record of achievement at Project Director, Program Manager and Service Director level.  She currently works for Shell, establishing an IT programme for the Retail area of the company.  Helen is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  She brings to the Board experience in the IT industry, and good understanding of business governance and strategies.

Andrew Stopp BSc, CA, CPA.

Andrew commenced public practice as a Chartered Accountant in Oakleigh in 1985, he is currently a Senior Partner Okey Stopp & Taylor – Chartered Accountants in Oakleigh.  Mainly practicing in taxation for individuals, small business and superannuation. Andrew interests are; private piloting, sailing and other outdoor activities as time permits.

Jeni Coutts BA., LLB 

Jeni is Principal of her own Corporate Affairs consultancy and brings to the Board, experience in Management, Government Relations, Public Relations and Corporate Affairs.  She has held senior executive positions with some of Australia's largest companies and is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.

Angelia Dixon BAppSc, MBA

Angelia graduated from RMIT in 1983 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Laboratory Science and has an MBA from Swinburne University (1999) where she was awarded a scholarship from the Graduate School of Management. In 2004 she completed the Company Directors course and examination with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Angelia is currently General Manager of the Division of Haematology and Medical Oncology and a member Peter Mac’s Executive Committee. Angelia has been responsible for improving efficiencies, strategic planning for space and private practice, leading the financial performance of the division, managing performance, resource allocation and business case development. 

Elsa Conway

Elsa works in the Food Retail Industry and has been involved with Impact for many years. She has previously served as a Consumer Representative to the Board and as well as being a current Board Member, she is also a member of the Participants Representative Group.
