The staff team works closely together to coordinate possible group functional gatherings.
Flexibility is a vital component to the program. A neurological disorder can mean great uncertainty for people due to fluctuating health needs and issues. This often results with people being in and out of hospital and respite. IMPACT planning requires versatility to accommodate this. Staff are in close contact with participants to allow for last minute changes. The staff often shuffle their working times to best facilitate fluid, effective support.
