Marketing/Public Relations/Event organiser Volunteer

Volunteers are needed to assist with the development of a marketing program and to help in developing special events.
If you would like to join the fun, join us. Your role:
- Assist with the preparation of events
- To work as a team member developing a new database.
- Research guests list/database
- Prepare invitation
- Prepare running of event
- Prepare printed information, newsletter
- Work on the night
Our office is located in Oakleigh near Oakleigh Train Station so access to public transport is easy. We provide volunteers with a certificate of appreciation, enter your name in a volunteer register for future reference and organise a volunteer thank you day to celebrate your contribution.
VOLUNTEER PROFILE: Volunteers, to have enthusiasm, ideas and great communication skills. Volunteers for the development of the marketing program require previous experience in this activity. AGE: 18+. COMMITMENT: One day a week would be appreciated. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: An initial interview is required. TRAINING and SUPPORT: There is ongoing support and training at all times. POLICE CHECK: Yes and paid by the organisation.
